Russkaja is a band of seven musicians living in Austria. The band is kinda international because two guys, Pavel and Georgij are Russian, H-G and Manfred are Austrian, Titus and Sebo are Hungarian and Dimitri comes from Ukraine. The ska of Russkaja is like a hurricane sweeping at full speed from the east and taking hold of you. Without mercy: Their powerful Russian sound makes you think you are breaking the sound barrier, strapped to a Sputnik rocket filled with vodka. And because vodka is flowing like water at Russkaja’s concerts, by the end of the show everyone is able to speak Russian fluently and everyone knows what it means to dance pogo on Red Square.
